Finance Assistant/Call Time Manager - MT-AL

Kathleen Williams’ campaign for Congress is hiring a full-time Finance Assistant/Call Time Manager. This role is based out of Bozeman, MT and requires extensive travel with the team and candidate. Candidates should have a reliable car.

This position is open immediately and lasts through June 5th (primary election date), with the possibility of working through November 6th (general election date).

The finance assistant is responsible for: staffing the candidate during call time, assisting with call time follow up, entering and managing data in NGP, and assisting with event planning and candidate travel as needed. The finance assistant is also tasked with staffing events, donor maintenance, and other operational tasks. Other duties as assigned.

Ideal candidates will have the ability to work long hours in a fast-paced environment and to meet pressing deadlines. Experience with Microsoft Excel and NGP is preferred.

This position reports to the Finance Director.
