ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
o Oversees campaign team and consultants. Ensures implementation of candidate’s
vision, values, and path to victory during the campaign.
o Sets and manages strategic goals of the campaign.
o Works closely with consultant team to set and execute strategic agenda.
o Ability to work with candidate to achieve key goals and tasks on a daily basis.
o Ensures effective and well-run office operations including scheduling,
technology, communications, and proactively managing the campaign
budget.
o Builds, manages, and enhances key relationships for the candidate in regards
to constituents, donors, communications, and other key stakeholder groups.
o Brand ambassador for the candidate and fills in to represent candidate when unavailable
to attend.
