A competitive congressional campaign in a targeted district is seeking a dedicated and self-motivated Call Time Manager to assist in the implementation of an aggressive fundraising program. Qualifications:

Highly organized with the ability to work well under pressure;

Strong interpersonal and communication skills;

Strong work ethic with the ability to work and multitask in a fast-paced environment;

Self-motivated and works well with a team;

Ability to work long, often irregular hours including nights and weekends;

An understanding of the fundraising structure and needs of congressional campaigns;

Access to reliable means of transportation and a personal computer.

Job Responsibilities:

Prepare call books before and after call time;

Staff candidate during call time;

Follow up with pledges to ensure donations are made;

Ensure that call time metrics are being tracked and goals are being met;

Coordinate thank you notes to guarantee donors are promptly thanked;

Provide fundraising updates to Finance Director on a regular basis;

Additional duties may include working to set-up and staff fundraising events, driving the candidate, and to provide additional support as the Finance Director as needed.
