Bay Area Campaign Seeks Finance Assistant

High profile congressional campaign in the California Bay Area seeks an a talented, hard working finance assistant to join the campaign. This race will be watched closely - both nationally and in CA.
The finance assistant will be responsible for playing a role in almost all aspects of fundraising.
Responsibilities include:
Research prospective donors
Assist with managing call time with candidate and/or surrogates
Research prospects and develop call sheets for the candidate
Record daily call time metrics and report those to the Finance Director
Conduct pledge follow-up with donors and track outstanding pledges
Process contributions and make daily deposits of contributions
Working with Finance Director and Campaign Manager to build fundraising events.
Other duties as assigned from the Finance Director or Campaign Manager
Qualifications/Skills Needed:
Self Starter
Work campaign hours and an irregular schedule
Willingness to learn new systems
Basic understanding of Microsoft Word, Excel, Google Docs, NGP
Good writing skills
Energetic Personality
Applicants should have access to transportation and a working laptop.
Prior campaign experience preferred
