Scheduler/Body Person:

Democratic countywide campaign in Nassau County, NY (Long Island) seeks a Scheduler/Body Person to coordinate the candidate’s schedule and staff the candidate at meetings and events.

 

Start Date: ASAP

 

Responsibilities Include:

 

·      Working directly with the Campaign Manager to manage the candidate’s schedule

·      Scheduling meetings for the candidate

·      Scheduling and getting details in advance of events the candidate will attend

·      Staffing the candidate at meetings and events

·      Preparing prep materials for the candidate

·      Keeping the candidate on time and moving throughout the day

 

Qualifications:

 

·      Strong organizational skills

·      Strong work ethic with the ability to work and multitask in a fast-paced environment

·      Strong interpersonal skills

·      Candidates must have a car, car insurance, and a driver’s license

·      Ideal candidates would be familiar with Long Island and Long Island politics
