Responsibilities:
- Work directly with senior leadership to keep
the executive team, including NGP VAN’s CEO, organized and effective
- Interact with nationally-known current and
potential clients
- Assist with preparing presentations for marquee
clients
- Coordinate client meetings and executive travel
- Other administrative tasks, as needed by the
executive team
Skills:
- Demonstrated interest in Democratic campaigns and politics
- Experience working in an office environment
- High level verbal and written communication
skills
- Comfortable in a fast-paced environment with
multiple tasks and projects at hand
- Excellent knowledge with MS office suite
- Exemplary time management and planning skills
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
