Field Director-AZ-8-Hiral Tipirneni for Congress

The Dr. Hiral Tipirneni for Congress campaign in AZ-8 is seeking a field director to manage their field program for the remainder of the 2018 cycle.



Responsibilities



. Work with exisiting field staff to ensure goals for volunteer recruitment, training, events and connects are met on time.


· Execute and revise field plan.



· Set, meet and exceed metrics for direct voter contact, volunteer, capacity recruitment, grassroots engagement, and GOTV



· Oversee quality control efforts and manage reporting to candidate and the Campaign Manager.



· Work with other organizations on the ground in efforts to drive a
high turnout for Dr. Tipirneni.



·Develop and maintain positive relationships with vendors


Qualifications



. 1 Cycle of Experience as a Deputy Field Director or higher.



· Ability to work independently and with the campaign manager to
take ownership of a next-level congressional.







·Experience with team building tactics and the ability to build and maintain high morale among field staff.



·Expertise in VAN and Google Docs.

. Position begins ASAP and continues through the November General Election.
