Sierra Club is hiring a National Director to lead our policy, lobbying and legal teams to defend our planet and our democracy— by winning elections, leveraging key relationships on the Hill, undertaking bold litigation in the service of our campaign and policy goals, and strengthening key policies and legal precedents. 

 

Successful candidates will be strategic and exemplary managers, capable of leading teams of 80+ staff to achieve our ambitious climate, lands and outdoors policy goals in a way that centers justice, inclusion, and equity.
