Top Democratic PA House Candidate is hiring a campaign manager & finance staff. This is an exciting red-to-blue race in one of the most competitive districts in the country. We’re looking for highly-organized, meticulous, and energetic individuals to join our team. Our candidate has a compelling story, an enthusiastic base of supporters, and a national fundraising base. We are considering two key staffers.

Campaign Manager

Responsibilities Include:

  • Implementing aggressive finance, field, budget, and communications plans and tracking their progress

  • Overseeing day-to-day work of staff and volunteers

  • Liaising with members of the state committee, press, and community stakeholders as needed to ensure victory

  • Setting priorities for organizing and field operations

  • Managing the candidate’s schedule and staffing when necessary including call-time.


Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Campaign management experience highly preferred

  • The ability to inspire and motivate a team.

  • Incredible organizational skills and excellent time management

  • Commitment to details and using data to inform decisions in the field

  • Fundraising experience and familiarity with NGP & Votebuilder preferred

  • Valid Driver’s License


Compensation based on level of experience.

HIRING: Finance Director / Finance Assistant

Responsibilities Include:

  • Assist Campaign Manager and Candidate in the day-to-day fundraising operations;

  • Research, compile, and execute daily call-time lists;

  • Assist with recruiting and directing volunteers and interns;

  • Assist in the development and execution of all fundraising events;

  • Work with Communications Director to prepare mass emails to donor lists;

  • Prepare donor meeting and event materials as necessary;

  • Provide key administrative and organizational support;

  • Other duties as needed

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Desire to work in a fast-paced environment

  • Previous political fundraising experience required

  • NGP experience highly preferred

  • Familiarity with Democratic political actors and landscape a plus

  • Previous administrative experience required

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Google Apps

  • Excellent interpersonal skills

  • Superior time management, attention to detail and multi-tasking abilities

Compensation based on level of experience.
