The Scheduler will be responsible for:
· Maintaining calendar of appointments and meetings for the candidate
· Tracking invitations, requests and deadlines
· Working with other staff on field, finance, and communications team to arrange various events
· Coordinating travel and logistics
Candidates must:
· Have strong communication and interpersonal skills.
· Be willing to work long, irregular hours.
· Maintain confidential information.
· Have peerless organizational skills.
· Be able to multi-task and work well under pressure
· Have strong computer skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
· Have minimum of one campaign cycle (or comparable volunteer experience) is strongly preferred, but not required.
· Be willing to relocate to Southeast Pennsylvania.
