Location: San Jose area, California

Summary: Highly competitive Democratic congressional campaign seeks experienced Regional Field Directors to help run a major, cutting-edge field program. 

Responsibilities 

• Develop a field plan to accomplish the campaign's goals in assigned region
  
• Build volunteer teams in order to meet phone and canvass goals
  
• Meet weekly volunteer recruitment goals
  
• Manage a campaign office in assigned region
  
• Develop & maintain community and organizational relationships in assigned region
  
• Track and report daily and weekly metrics

Qualifications

• At least one cycle of field experience, with two or more cycles preferred
  
• Experience supervising staff and/or significant numbers of volunteer leaders
  
• Expertise with VoteBuilder
  
• Fluency in Spanish, Mandarin or Tagalog a plus
  
• Background in statistics, data analytics, or modeling a plus
  
• Ability to work long hours including nights and weekends on a regular basis
  
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  
• Access to reliable transportation
