Sierra Club is looking for a person with organizing and advocacy experience who is excited to help Sierra Club educate and mobilize our 4 million members and supporters alongside allies to defend and strengthen our democracy. The Sierra Club has added defending and strengthening democracy as one of four policy priorities over the next decade. We know that to address the climate crisis and protect our air and water we need a fair, representative and inclusive government and leaders who are accountable to the people, not corporate polluters. We are focused on mobilizing our vast network alongside allies to demonstrate the public demand for and win robust democracy reforms that put the power back in the hands of the people.
