NY Paid Canvassers Wanted for Rockland/Westchester Counties

Evelyn for NY is seeking reliable, part-time or full-time $15/hr paid canvassers with good communication skills to get petition signatures from registered Democrats in order to get on the ballot!.

 

Evelyn Farkas is a Democratic candidate seeking to represent New York’s 17th congressional district in Congress. She was born and raised in the district, was President Obama’s Deputy Assistant Secretary of Defense and an MSNBC National Security Contributor. She has dedicated her life to public service — strengthening America’s national security and defending democracy. Evelyn is running for Congress to stand up to Trump’s corruption, keep our country safe from foreign interference, and keep the American Dream alive for working families.

Duties Include:

• Obtaining firmly set daily goals of petition signatures. 
• Identifying registered 17th Congressional District Democrats.
• Persuading registered 17th Congressional District Democrats to sign petitions to get Evelyn on the ballot.
• Must be willing to travel regularly within Rockland and Westchester counties.

• Punctual, well organized, self-motivated, energetic, and motivated to work independently.
• Strong passion for progressive values.
• Polite and courteous.
• Strong verbal and customer service skills.
