Coordinated Operations Director

 

The Texas Democratic Party is currently seeking applications for an Operation Director for the Coordinated Team.

• This role will provide administrative support to the Coordinated Campaign

• The Coordinated Operations Director must be organized, flexible, dedicated

• The Coordinated Operations Director will report directly to the Coordinated Campaign Director

• The position is a cycle position

 

Core Responsibilities:

• Assists in the hiring process by posting for jobs and conducting screening calls of applicants

• Coordinates with the Operations Team to get new employees onboarded and set up on all relevant platforms

• Maintains records of employees: hours worked, PTO and benefits accrued

• Manages the implementation of the Collective Bargaining Agreement

• Collaborates with the Operations team on procurement of supplies for new staff

• Offboards Coordinated Department employees and conducts exit interviews

• Other duties as assigned by the Coordinated Campaign Director

• Strong interpersonal skills

• Highly organized and committed to details

• Ability to juggle multiple tasks and deadlines at once

• Team building and motivating team members

 

Required Tools:

• A reliable laptop

• A reliable cell phone

 

Preferred Experience:

• HR experience is a plus

• Campaign experience

• Management experience, whether paid staff or volunteers

Employment Type: Cycle

Location: Remote

Salary: $4200-4500/month
