Winning Connections, a leading Democratic voter contact firm, seeks an experienced campaign professional to manage client accounts for the 2018 Election cycle. This position begins immediately.

Winning Connections uses phone and digital services to persuade and mobilize voters. Over the past 20 years, Winning Connections has served clients from Senators Jon Tester, Maggie Hassan, and Maria Cantwell to Planned Parenthood, Everytown for Gun Safety, and League of Conservation Voters. The Program Manager will play a critical role during our 2018 Election efforts.

Qualified candidates will have:

·        Two to four years of campaign and political experience.

·        A background in direct voter contact strategy and implementation, polling or related fields.

·        A working knowledge of voter targeting and message development.

·        Immense attention to detail.

·        Strong project management and planning skills.

·        Strong writing and quantitative skills.

·        An understanding of the urgent nature and time demands of campaigns and the ability to work irregular hours when needed.

·        A sense of humor, and love of dogs!
