The Amy McGrath for Senate campaign is accepting applications for a Scheduling Assistant. This position is full time and will be someone who ideally lives in or near Lexington, Kentucky.
Job Responsibilities:
Compile memos & briefings
Format and prepare daily schedule
Research event details
Double check all logistical details daily (e.g. travel times, addresses, spelling)
Format and organize PDFs to be sent to the candidate
Print and prepare travel binder for in-state and national travel
Assist the Director of Scheduling with managing incoming event invites
Other duties as needed
Qualifications/Skills:
Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and achieve goals
Attention to detail and deadline-oriented
Can communicate and collaborate with staff across departments
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and G-suite
Valid driver’s license and reliable access to a vehicle.
Flexible, adaptable and solutions-oriented
Ability to work long and irregular hours in a fast-paced work environment
Salary commensurate with experience
