Field Director -- CT State Senate Campaign

Job: Field Director

A campaign for State Senate in southern CT is seeking an extremely motivated Field Director who can start immediately and relocate/commute to the Greenwich area. This individual would need to form and lead a data- and volunteer-led effort to unseat an incumbent Republican with a first-time candidate.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Design/reshape and then execute on the Field Plan
  
• Recruit, manage, and oversee organizers/paid canvassers
  
• Recruit, manage, and oversee volunteer engagement
• Develop daily, weekly, and monthly reporting structure
  
• Lead VAN administration

Qualified candidates should have:

1. Detailed knowledge of VAN
2. The ability to hire competent organizers and canvassers
3. Great volunteer management skills
4. Experience in working in a high-pressure, fast-moving environment
