Our team of experienced professionals has waged and won dozens of high-profile, high stakes campaigns for candidates, coalitions and causes – and we do the same thing for our clients. We are good people doing good things and we are looking to make an Associate-level hire to join our growing team. 

How You’ll Make an Impact

• You will be an integral team member supporting client projects to deliver exceptional experiences — these products help advocates get their message out with a strong digital experience.
• You will support a digital team to execute high-quality digital products such as responsive and engaging web pages. 
• You will build relationships with clients to bring their vision to digital reality.

• You are passionate about doing good things and working on progressive causes including (but not limited to) energy and the environment, conservation, health care, and social justice.
• You are a mid-level front-end web developer with an eye for design.
• You have web development experience that includes working with a team to execute high-quality external-facing materials (we’re not sticklers here, just want proof that you can “do the work”).
• You are proficient in using WordPress and CSS.
• You can work closely with designers to take wireframes from conception to implementation.
• You are familiar with the ins and outs of the design process and are comfortable using both static and dynamic templates.
• You’re an independent worker that can execute products on a tight deadline.
• You’re a creative thinker that can execute a vision.
• You demonstrate flexibility to accommodate change and thrive amid ambiguity in a fast-paced work environment.
• You have strong written and oral communications skills.
• You have strong self-discipline and time management skills.
• You are kind, friendly, and don’t take yourself too seriously.
  
  

Compensation, Benefits, and Perks 

• Compensation: $65,000 - $80,000
• Competitive salary commensurate with experience
