New York State Senate Campaign seeks experienced Campaign Manager

Highly competitive Democratic NY State Senate campaign seeks a Campaign Manager to begin immediately. Individual should have at least 2 to 3 cycles of experiencing managing a fast-paced campaign in a major metropolitan area. Pay for this position is very competitive and commensurate with experience.
Responsibilities
-Develop a massive volunteer recruitment program in coordination with labor leaders and existing campaign infrastructure.
-Oversee ballot access petition gathering process in June, including recruitment and training of volunteers and verification of signatures
-Cultivate volunteers as leaders and oversee proper training for phone banking and canvassing
-Help to recruit, hire, and train a Field Manager /GOTV director to implement a field program
-Manage and ensure proper data entry
-Build and maintain positive relationships with key stakeholders and volunteers
-Report nightly to the candidate, consultants and advisers on benchmark goals.
-Represent the campaign at community events
-Other duties as assigned
Minimum Qualifications
-A tireless work ethic embodying a complete 24/7 mentality.
-A personal interest in advancing the policy and political views of the candidate.
-Excellent organizational and time management skills
-Strong written and interpersonal communication skills
-Excellent organizing skills and the ability to meet many demands at once
-Extensive experience working with grassroots activists and labor organizations.
-Wizard like expertise with Google Docs, Microsoft Office, VAN and NGP

Desirable Qualifications
- Spanish speaking bilingual
- Access to transportation or intimate knowledge of NYC transit
