Campaign Manager of PA Congressional Race

[Campaign 2018]

Congressional race in Pennsylvania seeks a campaign manager who can start ASAP. The manager will report directly to the campaign’s chief strategist and the candidate. They will work closely with the candidate, finance team, consulting team, and volunteers to ensure the campaign runs smoothly and all plans are implemented.

 

Duties:

 

·       Work closely with the candidate to understand his vision and execute the campaign plan

·       Manage day-to-day operations of the campaign and all staff

·       Responsible for ensuring the campaign spending remains in line with the budget

·       Ensure that all bills are paid in a timely fashion.

·       Oversee finance team to ensure fundraising is hitting targets

·       Hire field staff and oversee field operations and volunteer team

·       Manage candidate schedule and political activities

 

Qualifications/Skills:

 

·       At least 2 cycles in political campaigns, having at least served as a senior staff member required (Field Director, Finance Director, etc)

·       Proficient with Microsoft Office, NGP, VAN

·       Excellent verbal and written communication skills

·       Ability to move to Pennsylvania and work long (campaign) hours, including nights and weekends

·       Excellent organizational and managerial skills

 

Salary based on experience.
