Bernie 2016 is hiring experienced and skilled Field Organizers to help implement our field plan across Virginia.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Training volunteers and team leaders in phone banking, canvassing, and the Bernie 2016 Organizing Model
  
• Build relationships with community leaders from across an assigned region
  
• Build and manage teams across an assigned region
  
• Work with other departments when necessary
  
• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly goals
  

SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:

• Proficient in Excel, VAN/Votebuilder [required]
  
• Must have experience in training volunteers and building teams
  
• Must have their own form of transportation and a valid drivers license [required]
  
• Campaign experience [preferred]
  
• Experience working with people of diverse backgrounds
  
• Ability and willingness to work weekends and long hours
  
• A good sense of humor and a strong interest in and commitment to the ideas of the Bernie 2016 campaign.
