Call Time Manager

[VA Statewide Campaign]

A 2021 Statewide Campaign is looking for a call time manager. 

Overview: Works with the finance director to organize and manage the candidate’s call time and fundraising program

Responsibilities include:

● Preparing and cleaning up call lists as well as tracking calls during call time

● Performing all call follow ups including by phone, mail, or email

● Tracking, chasing, and collecting pledges

● Conducting and managing donor research

● Reporting call time statistics to Finance Director nightly

● Staffing candidate at in-person and virtual call time.

●Cleaning up and entering data into NGP 

● Assisting with other arms of the campaign when necessary

Qualifications required:

● General working knowledge of campaign fundraising

● Experience with NGP, Excel, and Google Documents/Sheets

● Ability to work in a high-stress environment and exceptional organizational skills

● Proven track record of follow-through as well as a strong, dedicated work ethic

● Self-starter with ambition to learn and do more

● Great interpersonal skills 

● Ability to manage candidate

Pay is commensurate to experience. The range is $3,000-$4,000 per month with a healthcare stipend. Location is in Northern Virginia.
