The Project Manager supports the Catalist team by providing day-to-day management of our Integration partners and ongoing projects throughout the company. Additionally the Project Manager assists in management of partner relationships and departmental projects by providing maintenance and/or support. This position reports to the Director of Product Management and works closely with the Technology, Analytics, and Client Services teams.

PRINCIPAL DUTIES:

●      Coordinate and manage assigned projects to completion on time and within scope

●      Coordinate and allocate internal resources as required for the execution of assigned projects

●      Lead the development of project scoping, identifying objectives, and coordinating with required stakeholders

●      Develop and maintain detailed project plans to monitor and track progress of assigned projects

●      Create systems and processes to maintain all documentation around integrations and development projects

●      Maintain positive relationships and document communication with third-party partners

●      Triage integration support issues as needed

 

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

●      Excellent verbal and written communication and time management skills

●      Ability to handle multiple tasks and projects at once

●      Ability to articulate ideas clearly and be creative and personable

●      One to three years experience in project management or equivalent

●      Familiarity with political data software such as VAN, Action Network, BlueHQ, Civis Platform, and/or Organizer is a plus, but not required

●      PMP certified a plus, but not required
