Digital Associate: Authentic Campaigns

DIGITAL ASSOCIATE
Authentic Campaigns is seeking a full-time Digital Associate to join our team in Washington, DC.
The ideal candidate will have some digital marketing, email, or HTML coding experience. This position will help execute digital and fundraising strategies for our clients, including Senator Kamala Harris, Senator Tammy Baldwin, and more.
This position is full-time and salaried at $48,000 annually. It includes 100% health care coverage and other benefits.
Primary Responsibilities and Duties:
- Executing aspects of digital production
- Building and sending blast emails
- Posting approved content on social media sites
- Uploading content to websites, CRM pages, and more
- Segmenting email lists as needed
- Developing and executing testing plans, analysis, and creating reports
- Quality assurance testing all aspects of the digital program
- Producing reports for clients
- And more…
Qualifications:
- Experience with HTML, Microsoft Excel, CRMs like Blue State Digital, and more
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and Google Docs/Sheets
- Proven ability to handle multiple tasks, work well under pressure, and meet tight deadlines.
- Highly creative and imaginative
- Meticulous attention to detail
- Good written and interpersonal skills
- Work well in a team
- Be able to work under pressure and code HTML quickly
- Can handle constructive feedback
- Be a quick learner
- Have an ability to be on-call for urgent client needs, sometimes on nights or weekends, as well as later hours during campaign season
