Position: Agile Scrum Lead

Location: Atlanta, GA

Duration: 1 year

Skills Needed

 

Must Have Skills:  Seasoned Scrum Master proficient with Agile methodologies and usage of Agile tools - JIRA, Version 1 or any other tool. Should have managed scrum teams. 

 

Desired Skills:

 

·      Profound knowledge on software development life cycle in agile methodology.

·      Strong business and/or technical problem solving ability.

·      Strong client collaboration skill is required.

·      Team leadership skill is essential.

·      Sound in communication skill.

 

Responsibilities:

 

·      Leads and coaches the organization in its Scrum adoption.

·      Plans Scrum implementations within the organization.

·      Helps employees and stakeholders understand and enact Scrum and empirical product development.

·      Recommends change that increases the productivity of the Scrum Team.

·      Ensures the Product Owner knows how to arrange the Product Backlog to maximize value.

·      Facilitates Scrum events as requested or needed.

·      Coaches the Development Team in self-organization and cross-functionality
