Organizer Customer Success Specialist
Responsibilities:
  • Customer Support, including answering calls and serving as primary point of contact between customers and Organizer
  • Deliver customer training on Organizer’s mobile application and web management interface
  • Provide Sales Team with support through product knowledge and client demos
  • Work with other teams to develop and implement improved client onboarding processes, including updated training materials and support documentation
  • Assist customers with cleaning, manipulating and uploading data
  • Collect regular customer feedback and provide comments to both Product and Business Development teams for future product developments
Skills & Requirements:
  • Practical experience in field campaigning and data management, such as with political campaigns, labor organizing, advocacy, or field sales
  • Strong interpersonal and written communication skills
  • Experience managing multiple external relationships simultaneously
  • Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Excel, specifically manipulating large data sets and ensuring data quality
  • Experience using CRMs and support sites, in particular Hubspot and JIRA (preferred)
  • Able to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends when needed
  • Comfortable working in dynamic, fast-paced environment
  • Willing to travel if needed
Preferred Qualifications
  • 1-2+ years experience providing customer account services or client support services with a strong technical or product basis
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish verbal and written professional proficiency)
  • Working knowledge of CRM
  • Working knowledge of political data software a plus
