Canvass Position for Queens Council Race (Queens, New York)

We are seeking door to door canvassers for a Democratic candidate in
an Eastern Queens political race to walk throughout the designated
neighborhood and poll potential voters. Experienced applicants are
encouraged to apply.

Job Requirements:

- Interview with the campaign Field Director
- 1-2 hour unpaid training
- Canvassers must be in presentable attire.
- Data integrity will be closely monitored -- falsifying data is
ground for termination.

Applicants should account for travel time to designated neighborhood
from office. Individuals with cars are preferred. Travel will not be
reimbursed.

4:00 pm - Arrival at office

5:00 pm - Arrive at turf

5:00 pm - 9 pm Knocking

9 pm - 10 pm return to office w/ turf


$12.50 per hour x 6 hours = $75 per shift

If you commit to five days a week, we'd bump it up to $80/shift.
