Online Trainings Associate - National Democratic Training Committee

The Online Trainings Associate will write, edit and produce online learning content for our learners (i.e., Democratic candidates for predominantly local office). You’ll also assist the Manager of Online Trainings in coordinating the course development process, which is organized in a Gannt chart that has over 102 associated tasks—if this number scares you a bit but also seems like a chart you’d want to dig into, this could be a good fit.
The NDTC offers free, interactive online training for Democratic candidates running for office. We aim to empower any Democrat who wants to be involved in local politics with the tools needed to be successful. We believe by working with local candidates, we can accomplish three goals: improve the performance of every Democrat up and down the ticket, elect more Democrats to office, and create a deeper bench of qualified candidates for higher office.
