Duties:
Identifying, researching, and tracking donors
Maintaining database and regional tracking spreadsheets
Assist staffing candidate during call time
Contacting potential donors via phone and email
Producing donor correspondence
Follow-up and pledge tracking
Staffing fundraising events
Processing contributions and assisting with donor follow-up to ensure compliance
Managing other administrative tasks related to fundraising and the campaign
Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
Willing to relocate for the position
Some political campaign (preferably fundraising) experience preferred but not required.
Be willing to learn our methods and processes to meet and exceed fundraising goals
Possess strong communication and organizational skills
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and thrives in an independent environment
Knowledge of NGP, Google Suite, and Excel strongly preferred
Must have strong written and communication skills
Time management skills are a must
Ability to work evenings and weekends
Must have a valid driver's license, reliable transportation, a clean driving record. An added benefit is experience driving in diverse conditions
Strong team player and a positive attitude
Other duties as assigned
