LOCATION: Remote - slight preference given to people in Washington, DC

EMPLOYMENT TYPE: Full-time, salaried position, non-exempt
COMPENSATION: $42,500-$53,000 depending on experience and region’s cost of living, plus 100% employer paid health, paid vacation and sick leave, retirement account with employer match, vision and dental insurance premium and 80% reimbursement on cell phone bill
About the Position:
Power Shift Network is seeking a smart, ambitious and experienced Digital Coordinator to lead our online organizing strategy and execution. The Digital Coordinator will be charged with growing and maintaining Power Shift Network’s digital program to strengthen the youth climate movement, support Power Shift Network’s members and allies, and contribute to our campaigns and projects—including our social media presence, Power Shift convenings, and our growing online movement community on Slack. We’re looking for someone who has the strategic insight to drive outcome-oriented and hard-hitting campaigns, the ability to use digital tools and infrastructure to help movements grow, and the experience and commitment to support grassroots organizations and volunteers in building long-term power to achieve a safe climate and just, thriving future for all.
