Finance Director needed for Democrat in targeted California House race

Seeking full-time Finance Director on Southern California congressional races.  Budget of $3M.
 
Responsibilities include:

• Write and execute all aspects of a finance plan – including call time, finance committee, events, low dollar fundraising and PACs
• Set quarterly, monthly and weekly finance goals
• Manage finance and compliance staff
• Work with the manager to coordinate plan with cash flow and modify as needed
• Staff candidate at finance related events as necessary
• Identify new donor prospects
• Manage prospect and donor follow-up
• Write all campaign solicitations – both mail and online appeals

Desired qualifications:

• Must have at least one cycle of previous fundraising experience, preferably as Finance Director, Deputy or call time manager
  
• Willing to work full-time and relocate immediately
  
• Impeccable attention to detail and follow-up
• Well-organized and able to multi-task
• Working knowledge of NGP
