Giving Circles Program Manager at Future Now (NYC)

Future Now Fund and Future Now are seeking a Project Manager to support the Giving Circles program as it undergoes rapid expansion. Reporting to the Director of Giving Circles and working closely with the Development team, the primary responsibility of this position will be to support the Giving Circles department in their cultivation efforts and travel by project managing all aspects of the Giving Circle program, including event planning, travel, data entry, and reporting. The successful candidate will act as a key part of the organization by strategizing with the Director of Giving Circles, COO, and Development team, helping to coordinate the Giving Circles’ fundraising activities, managing development-related goals and activities, and overseeing the accurate tracking of data, successful planning of events, creation of materials, and complex internal and external communication.

This full-time salaried position will be located in Brooklyn, New York. The position is in office, though especially strong remote candidates will be considered. Some travel is required. The salary is up to $80,000 plus a comprehensive health care package (75% of medical, dental, and vision paid for individuals and families), unlimited PTO, a 401(k) plan, pre-tax commuter benefits, and paid family leave. The Program Manager reports to the Director of Giving Circles and is additionally accountable to the Director of Development.
