(Seattle/Tacoma) Operations Associate, Center for Secure and Modern Elections

The Center for Secure and Modern Elections (an NVF Project) is hiring an Operations Associate based out of Seattle/Tacoma, WA to join our small team of campaign strategists and policy experts.

CSME builds and supports state-based campaigns to pass voter registration modernization. Our team believes that to strengthen America’s democracy, states across the political spectrum urgently need to modernize systems so that all eligible Americans can have their voice heard. The CSME team provides resources, staffing, and strategic planning to execute state-based campaigns working to pass reforms in their legislature or on the ballot. 

We’re looking for someone who has experience with some or all of the following:

• Knowledge of the connection between tight administrative systems and winning campaigns
• Copy editing internal and external campaign documents and communications
• Ability to work in exciting and fast paced climates while keeping a sense of humor
• Wrangling a geographically disparate team to follow up on key items under deadline
