The Senior Data Administrator works primarily to assist Working America's Director of Information Systems with data operations and reporting.

Day to day, the Working America Data Team seeks to provide high quality data for our field organizers to use to engage, mobilize, and expand our power among workers. Focused on support, data quality and rapid turnaround, the Senior Data Administrator will work to maintain and strengthen the data systems upon which our organization relies to build real, lasting power in the community.

Our ideal candidate will have:

• A well rounded understanding of the labor movement.
• Experience with data operations.
• The ability to connect technology tools to organizing, and organizers to tools they can use.
• A strong desire to contribute to the systems which empower our organizers and our members to win on issues of economic justice.
• Motivation to do the daily work of keeping our campaigns and organizers' tools on track.
