Ads Strategist/Senior Strategist

About the job:Foglamp is hiring an advertising Strategist or Senior Strategist to support our growing digital advertising team.
The Strategist will have 2 to 4 years relative experience and the position will earn $62,000 annually. The Senior Strategist will have more than 4 years experience and will earn $68,000 annually.
We have offices in Washington, DC, and Oakland, CA, but we will consider remote applicants. We also have a generous benefits package, including 100% employer-covered healthcare.
Responsibilities:- Ad campaign management: Plan, build, and optimize digital advertising campaigns for lead generation, cultivation, and brand awareness campaigns from end to end. Create budgets, handle I/Os from vendors, implement and test campaigns, and optimize for performance.
- Campaign strategy: Work closely with client and client teams to design effective lead generation, brand awareness strategies, and creative approaches, as well as continually improve advertising impact for our clients.
- Client communications: Provide regular reporting to clients and communicate results effectively and honestly. Serve as a member of the client team and attend weekly strategy calls.
- Teamwork: Collaborate and brainstorm with teammates to develop new, creative ideas, solve challenges, and provide outstanding service and results to our clients
- Production: Manage the advertising production workflow process, ensuring ads go up error-free. Move advertising products through quality assurance process.
- Stay abreast of digital advertising trends and changes to platforms, products, and targeting.
- Other projects as assigned.
Qualifications:- For Strategists: 2 to 4 years experience with building and executing advertising campaigns particularly with Facebook; Twitter; and DSPs such as Google Marketing Platform, The Trade Desk, Centro, or similar.
- For Senior Strategists: More than 4 years experience with building and executing advertising campaigns particularly with Facebook; Twitter; and DSPs such as Google, The Trade Desk, Centro, or other advertising platforms

- The ability to balance multiple projects with varying deadlines.

Experience with any or all of the following is preferred, but not required:- Agency experience
- Experience with the Basis advertising platform
- CRMs such as Action Network, ActionKit, Blue State Digital, EveryAction
- Other platforms such as ActBlue, Mobile Commons, or website CMSs
