Finance Director: Western Congressional

A top-tier Democratic congressional campaign is seeking an experienced, hard-working Finance Director for the 2020 cycle. The candidate is a top-tier challenger in a nationally targeted district in the West.

 

REQUIRED:

• Finance experience on a congressional campaign or similar, preferably multiple cycles (this not an entry-level position)
• Ability to work independently and run a finance program with limited supervision
• Familiarity with NGP and Excel/Google Sheets
• Comfort communicating with donors and organizations as well as Members of Congress
• Willingness to work long hours, including weekends
• Willingness to relocate to the western U.S.

PREFERRED:

• Background in all aspects of campaign fundraising, including call time, events, email/digital and finance plan management
• Experience working directly and extensively with a candidate or Member
• Experience managing a staff
• Ability to start job immediately
