Call Time Manager needed for Mid-Atlantic Gubernatorial Race

A high profile Mid-Atlantic Gubernatorial campaign is looking for a qualified Call Time Manager.

 

Position Description

The Call Time Manager will report to the Finance Director. He or she will play an important role by providing support to the fundraising operation of the campaign and participating in fundraising activities.

 

Duties and Responsibilities

·  Oversee all aspects of call time

·  Complete call time follow up and outstanding pledge chasing

·  Organize donor research and make sure all calls are properly prepared

·  Travel with the candidate in-state when necessary

·  Research prospective donors

·  Other duties as assigned

 

Qualifications

·  Previous campaign fundraising experience required

·  Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, and NGP required

·  Excellent verbal and written communication skills

·  Experience in a fast-paced campaign atmosphere

·  Excellent organizational and time management skills

·  Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team environment

·  Ability to manage several tasks/projects at the same time
