Finance Director Needed - Competitive Pennsylvania State House Seat

Job: Finance Director for very competitive State House District in Central Pennsylvania - Seat is on radar to be flipped

Duties: The Finance Director will work closely with the candidate and campaign manager on crafting and overseeing a comprehensive fundraising strategy, including (but not limited to) call time, event fundraising, donor research/prospecting, and grassroots/small donor fundraising.

Preferred Qualifications:

• 1+ cycles of campaign finance experience, previous congressional campaign finance experience or equivalent

• Knowledge of NGP, ActBlue, and Excel

• Must have strong written and communication skills

•  Working knowledge of campaign and ethics finance law

• Experience with donor research and prospecting

• Experience with targeting contributors and follow up management

• Experience managing events preferred

• Excellent attention to detail and highly organized

• Willingness to take on other duties as part of a small senior staff
