Campaign Manager, U.S. Senatorial Race – Midwest Battleground State

A top-level United States Senate campaign is seeking a full-time Campaign Manager.

Previous management experience, either as the manager of a House race or as a senior member of a statewide campaign, is preferred.  Actual in the field campaign experience is required.  Applicants with only institutional or committee experience should not apply.

Applicants should have familiarity and experience with all aspects of a modern campaign – finance, field, traditional media, new media, research, and paid communications.  Those with skill at building organizations from ground up and those with an insurgent mindset would be an especially good fit.  The campaign is also looking for an individual with good people skills and a proven record of building effective teamwork.

This campaign is in one of the top battleground states in the country so applicants need to be able to handle the competition, pressure and scrutiny that goes with a top national race.
