The Texas Freedom Network (TFN) is looking for an experienced Communications Director in their Austin, TX office (remote during the COVID pandemic.) The Communications Director will manage messaging and media strategies for the organization and will work in collaboration with the Digital Director in advancing the vision and values of the organization across all communications channels.

The Communications Director should have at least five years’ working experience successfully building, managing and executing communications programs for a progressive organizing or advocacy environment or a political/issue campaign
