The Blue Leadership Collaborative is tackling an important challenge: building the talent pipeline and ensuring that the next generation of campaign managers is ready to lead and is representative of our communities.

We’re launching a full-time pilot program focused on developing campaign managers, providing ongoing support, and helping them find their next down-ballot campaign.

Who’s a good fit? Someone who:

• Has led a team, a department, an effort

• Is committed to learning and working to develop the skills needed

• Is ready to tackle the next challenge
