It’s an exciting time to be part of the Data and Analytics Team at Greenpeace US. Over the next 2 years we plan to replace all three components of our current CRM architecture. The Data Associate will be integral to the success of these critical projects that will shape how we interact with constituents for years to come. This position will focus on understanding our legacy processes in the first part of 2016, and then become more focused on the replacement systems as they are implemented.
The Data Associate will perform many of the daily functions that keep our systems running smoothly. The Associate will ensure our vendors are sending and receiving quality data on a timely basis and will identify and correct any problems that arise. The ideal candidate will enjoy problem solving, as the position will require the Associate to untangle the data trail when something has gone awry. The ideal candidate should be excited about continuous learning, since the tools this position will be working with will evolve as the CRM work moves forward. Applicants should be quick learners, highly organized, comfortable with numbers, and must be able to understand how data logically relates to the organization’s overall goals.
