Provide public engagement and communications leadership and coordination for the Plastics project in Greenpeace US. Lead a broad range of work to engage supporters including strategy, messaging/storytelling, audience research, concept, narrative and creative development. You will use tactics across all of our channels to ensure that Greenpeace supporters are at the center our campaigns, build power for Greenpeace, and advance our goals to end the flow of plastic waste into our oceans and waterways. The Engagement Specialist works in collaboration with a cross-departmental project team(s) as well as with colleagues in other national/regional offices working on plastics. This is an exciting opportunity to work with an amazing team of diverse professionals in Greenpeace US and other Greenpeace offices around the world to support one of our highest priority projects.
