The Bus Federation is seeking a strategic Executive Director to work with a dynamic group of stakeholders to take our organization and national network to the next level, and then to whatever level is above that level. The ideal candidate will think like an organizer, be a champion of grassroots organizing, possess strong written and oral communication chops, and show a proven track record of building strong teams to accomplish awesome things. They will be responsible for raising and directing millions of dollars while repping young people in some of the most powerful rooms in the country.

Sidenote: If you were wondering about location - the Bus HQ is moving, so chances are we can be flexible with where the new Executive Director calls home.
