Looking to hire a call time manager that will report directly with Finance Director and work with Finance Assistants and Candidate to provide an additional layer of oversight and quality control to the already established program. The successful applicant will be well versed with NGP, Excel, Gmail Apps, Mail Merges, among others. Data tracking tools and procedures are already in place and will be required to create reports and maintain efficient operations.
Primary responsibilities will include making sure that follow up from candidate call time and low dollar dials from Finance Assistants is happening in a timely and productive manner. Crafting and dispersing thank yous. Data management including grooming an established NGP, adding new contacts as applicable, merging duplicates. Creating call universes through searches with NGP. Low dollar dials will be a part of the Call Time Manager's daily routine.
Tertiary responsibilities include creating a productive and efficient work environment, answering questions and resolving issues from every level of staff, recruiting and managing interns, and the all-encompassing "other duties as assigned."
This Finance Operation is unique in the amount of effort we dedicate to Fundraising. Many other Finance programs operate in a more typical work week, this program is 7 days a week, 12 hours a day and we need someone who can keep up. This will be one of the top targeted races in the country and the successful applicant will work a lot, learn even more, and will come out of it with the skills and knowledge base needed to be successful in a modern campaign finance industry.
Prior campaign finance experience is required. Delegation and management experience preferred but not required. Must be willing to relocate. Have reliable transportation and computer. Work well with big personalities, under stress, and able to handle several competing deadlines.
