Midwest statewide challenger in a targeted state is looking for finance staff.  Ideally we are looking for someone with Finance Director experience. We are willing to review candidates who have functioned as Deputy Finance Directors and are ready to move to the next level. Strong call time skills are a must.  You will be responsible for creating and executing a top tier finance operation that includes call time, donor research, event planning and execution, finance committee creation and management, direct mail solicitations and online fundraising,  You will lead a growing team of finance staff through the 2016 election.

Ideal candidate is a self starter who can self-manage, self-motivate and work independently.  Excellent communication and interpersonal skills as well as the ability to follow directions and meet deadlines required.  Day, evening and weekend hours in a fast paced, highly stressful environment expected.
