Congressman John Delaney’s Presidential Campaign is hiring a field organizer (FO) in New Hampshire. The field organizer will be responsible for recruiting volunteers, organizing events, and representing the campaign at events. Any FO must be able to work and communicate with diverse communities. A passion for electing Democrats is required as is the ability to work long hours, including nights and weekends, and manage logistics for campaign events.
Responsibilities and requirements:
· Field Organizers are responsible for recruiting, training and managing a team of volunteers.
· Field Organizers are responsible for all data entry for their area; recording and reporting results, etc.
· Candidates will have prior campaign experience, preferably in New Hampshire;
· Candidates should have strong interpersonal skills, experience meeting deadlines, and the ability to manage many tasks simultaneously;
· Must have the ability to manage and interact with a team of volunteers;
· Responsible for training volunteers and coaching them to do their work effectively
· A good sense of humor and ability to work in a team are musts;
· Be willing to support other campaign operations as necessary;
· Applicants must provide their own laptop and have access to a car.
