NOVA Reelection Campaign Seeks Field Director

[Virginia Municipal]

A competitive municipal re-election campaign is seeking a field director for the upcoming 2019 general election. 

Duties

• Manage and train a team of paid canvassers, interns, and volunteers
• Outreach to constituency groups, clubs and organizations
• Build relationships with local leaders and activists
  
• Meet voter contact goals
  
• Data management
  

Requirements

• Experience working on or for a political campaign
• Familiarity with VAN and Google Docs
• Ability to work campaign hours
• Strong organizational and time management skills
  
• Access to a reliable transportation, laptop and cell phone

Experience in Northern Virginia is preferred but not required. 

Expected Start Date: July 15-August 1. Salary is commiserate with experience.
