Mothership Strategies is looking for senior-level Digital Advertising professionals to join our growing ads team. As part of our team you'll get a front row seat to exciting electoral and advocacy campaigns and have a hand in solving big challenges for our roster of clients.

REQUIREMENTS

• Has intricate knowledge of various online advertising platforms (Adwords, DoubleClick, Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, etc.)
• Possesses knowledge of media buying strategies
• Loves seeing patterns in seas of data
• Skilled at managing processes and teams for quality assurance
• Experience with reconciliation and ad invoicing
• Tries on personal productivity tools like other people try on socks

What makes you a great fit for this role:

• Bachelor’s degree
• 2+ cycles of political advertising experience or comparable experience
• Proven experience managing a team
• You know the ins and outs of digital advertising and digital media planning
• You’re creative with the tools at your disposal and love thinking outside the box
• You understand the intricacies of ad operations and the technical aspects of digital advertising
• You enjoy finding ways to continually develop your skills and build the skill sets of your team

In this job you will:

• Lead the implementation of persuasion, education, mobilization and acquisition programs for our clients
• Manage and oversee daily operations of the ad operations team, from execution to quality assurance to reporting and reconciliation
• Oversee the optimization of our campaigns to achieve client goals, from maximizing fundraising ROI, to persuading and turning out voters, to engaging activists
• Optimize processes across the operations team to help drive an aggressive ads program
• Manage a robust reporting timeline and lead financial reconciliation
• Support the Director of Advertising in growing team capabilities and scope
