red-to-blue seat in the northeast.
Reports To: Field Director
Responsibilities Include:
- In collaboration with existing staff, help design
and implement the 2020 GOTV program
- Manage paid organizing staff and hold staff
accountable to ambitious daily GOTV goals
- Execute absentee ballot and early vote campaigns
that lead into the traditional GOTV period
- Create and implement absentee, early voting, and
GOTV reporting standards and procedures
- Develop and execute a robust voter protection
program
- Build and manage in-district and out-of-district
volunteer capacity (including completing daily call time)
- Virtual GOTV event management
- Perform other duties as needed
Required Skills and Background:

- Commitment to electing
Democrats
- The ability and willingness
to work six days a week and long hours to fight for democratic values
- Once cycle or more of
organizing or staff management experience
- Must have access to a cell
phone and vehicle
Compensation is $3,250/month.
